“There was confusion on the day of our tour so we showed up and no one was waiting for us. They messaged us and apologized for getting the day wrong. The tour guide showed up about 45-60 minutes late. Once she showed up the tour went smoothly. She spoke English well and gave us a lot of good information about the city, parks and plants. So I would recommend if you book this tour to confirm a couple times the day and time to ensure they show up on time.”

“In a very short time, this tour will give you a great overview of the city,-- both physically and culturally. While there isn't a lot of time to dawdle at the museum or the botanical garden, the tour is a great orientation, and will help you choose how to spend any additional time in the city. I will note that when we booked through Viator, we requested a English-speaking guide, but apparently that message was not delivered to the operator.
