“The tour was scheduled for the Christmas Day, months in advance, and confirmed. On the day of the tour, we got contacted by the "Guide" who pretty much stated that it was Xmas, and everything was closed, and instead of visiting the bars and vila 567 and rooftop, to instead go to a barbecue party. Really??? Because it was Christmas. Really??? Didn't you know about it ahead of time???? And then although he was supposed to pick us up at the hotel, he said we should go to Paulista Ave on our own. Really??? It stated our pick up point at the hotel right there on our voucher... Terrible, wasted…”
