After booking the activity, we reached out to the company directly several times to confirm the pick up location, and never got any response. We eventually contacted Viator and agreed on a pick up location with customer service. The day of the activity we had to walk about 30 min to the agreed upon location. After waiting for about an hour, we finally got a hold of the company, and they indicated that they would not be able to do the tour. They asked if we would be interested…”
